Role Description

The Teacher Trainer role at YESTRAVEL LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhilai. The Teacher Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training sessions for educators, focusing on teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and classroom strategies. The role involves mentoring teachers to enhance their instructional skills, providing ongoing support, and creating resources to improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies
• Proficiency in Teaching and Training techniques
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively mentor and guide teachers
• Proven experience in professional development for educators
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
• Prior experience in teacher training or educational consultancy is a plus
