Salesforce Technical Architect (US Shift)

Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead technology strategy, solution design, and end-to-end architecture for large-scale enterprise engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong integration knowledge, and hands-on capability to guide technical teams through complex solution implementations.Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, CPQ, B2B Commerce, FSL, etc.)Collaborate with client stakeholders, business architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutionsLead and oversee complex data migration activities from other platforms, ensuring data quality, accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and a seamless transition into SalesforceDesign and govern the end-to-end data migration architecture, including metadata mapping, ETL / ELT workflows, handling high-volume datasets, phased migration waves, and robust validation frameworksLead cutover and transition planning, ensuring downtime minimization, smooth parallel runs, robust validation checkpoints, and effective rollback strategiesDefine integration patterns, data models, data flows, and API strategies across enterprise systemsPartner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with the broader IT landscape and organizational standardsOversee the technical design of custom solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automationCreate high-level and low-level design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical roadmapsGovern code quality, DevOps processes, and CI / CD pipelines to align with enterprise standardsProvide technical leadership to developers, configuration engineers, and offshore teamsEnsure Salesforce best practices, platform limits, security standards, and compliance are met throughout the project lifecyclePerform solution assessments, technical reviews, and performance tuning for existing implementationsSupport RFPs, solution proposals, estimations, and pre-sales discussions with enterprise clientsStay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends; guide clients on adoption strategiesRequirements : 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration and platform architectureProven track record of architecting solutions for large enterprise clients with complex systemsStrong capability in designing scalable data models, sharing / security models, and multi-cloud architectureExperience with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.) is a plusProficiency in DevOps / CI-CD, version control (Git), and environment managementHands-on experience with Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and platform governanceStrong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present architectural concepts to business and technical audiencesExperience working in Agile enterprise delivery environmentsWillingness to work on US shift timings
