Key Responsibilities :

  • Data Management & Governance :
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Perform analyses to support clinical, operational data
  • Strategic Collaboration :
  • Translate business questions into analytic requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver insights.
  • Healthcare-Specific Focus Areas :
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting , value-based care metrics , and clinical performance benchmarking

Required Qualifications :

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL , Excel , and at least one statistical or scripting language (e.g., Python ).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics , Public Health , Healthcare Administration , Computer Science , or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with FHIR , HL7 , and other healthcare data exchange standards.
  • Experience with HEDIS , clinical interventions , and regulatory frameworks .
