- Product Portfolio Management :
- Oversee and promote the entire spectrum of GM Modular products, ensuring a comprehensive approach to switches, lighting, wires, switchgear, pipes, fans, etc.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to continually refine and improve the competitiveness of our product basket.
- Business Development :
- Identify and pursue lucrative business opportunities within the projects and institutional sales segment.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Stakeholder Engagement :
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, electrical contractors, electrical consultants, PMCs, and government entities.
- Collaborate with key influencers to ensure the specification and integration of GM Modular products into relevant projects.
- Funnel Management :
- Implement effective funnel management practices to monitor and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversions, ensuring a systematic and efficient approach to sales processes.
- Market Intelligence :
- Gather market intelligence to provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Sales Strategy Implementation :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase product adoption.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional activities.
- Customer Satisfaction :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information.
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for review by the senior management team.
- Qualifications and Experience :
- Proven track record in project and institutional sales within the electrical and construction industry.
