Senior Network Engineer

About the Role

The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the organization's LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure. The candidate will ensure network availability, security, and optimal performance across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and monitor LAN / WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points (Aruba, Sophos, D-Link, TP-Link, MikroTik, etc.).
• Implement and maintain VPNs, VLANs, SD-WAN, and QoS for secure and efficient communication.
• Perform routine network performance tuning, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, NAC, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Monitor network usage, logs, and alerts, and troubleshoot connectivity issues or outages.
• Manage IP address allocation (DHCP, DNS) and maintain a structured IP schema.
• Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Prepare documentation, diagrams, and inventory of network assets.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to network emergencies or planned outages.
