Job descriptionOversee the execution of client deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time. Coordinate within internal teams / cross functional teams to meet client expectations. Track project milestones and ensure regular status updates to the client. Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues that arises Act as an advocate for the client internally to ensure their needs are prioritized. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless execution. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services. Proven track record of managing client relationships and growing accounts. A highly motivated, optimistic individual with exceptional verbal and written. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Communication Skills Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge about Video editing software ,Graphics and copy writing is Plus

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in stated TAT.
