To oversee and manage day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient operation of manufacturing and packaging lines for wet wipes while maintaining product quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Ensure packaging materials (films, caps, containers) conform to CIPET-related standards and company quality norms.

Key Skills :

• Strong understanding of plastic materials and packaging technology.
• Hands-on with production machinery and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, team management, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of ISO / GMP / 5S systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle manpower effectively.
