We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems and Middleware Support Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting enterprise business applications such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Tableau, JBoss, MicroStrategy, Web Methods, or similar platforms.
Key Requirements :
- Strong administration expertise across Windows, and Linux environments.
- Proficiency in shell scripting and automation.
- Expertise in middleware technologies, application / web servers, and automation job management using Control-M.
- Working knowledge of database management, firewalls, load balancers, and network components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on SLA adherence, system stability, and scalability.
Responsibilities :
Provide incident and problem management support, ensuring SLA compliance.Proactively monitor systems and applications to identify and resolve potential issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT operations and service reliability.Design, maintain, and enhance automation solutions.
