Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with all stakeholders, clearly articulate the problem statement, and employ various elicitation techniques to define clear, complete, accurate and traceable requirements within the framework of IATA standards like ONE Record and e-freight / e-AWB.
• Anticipate future requirements and develop business cases for proposed system enhancements that will maximize the product value.
• Create and maintain artifacts like PRD, Use case diagrams, Process flow diagrams etc that are critical for product delivery.
• Communicate with precision, engaging team and stakeholders to build trust & reliable working relationships across cross-functional teams, geographies enabling organizational alignment.
• Stay curious to understand customer priorities and business challenges and collaborate closely with technical colleagues to ensure alignment throughout the design, development, Go-live and Post Go-live phases.
• Assist the product owner to groom and manage the product backlog, create and refine the user stories and prioritize the backlog.
• Participate in testing efforts along with the QA team to validate and verify the functionality and accuracy of developed solutions. Help identify and resolve issues during testing phases.
• Drive and coordinate the UAT with the end-users, manage defects and track them to closure.
• Stay updated on current trends to drive innovative decisions through piloting forward-thinking approaches to complex problems in one’s area of work.
• Identify and assess the risks and collaborate with key stakeholders to define strategies to mitigate the risks.
