About the Role

Websadroit is hiring a Senior WordPress Developer to join our on-site team in Kolkata . You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to build secure, optimized, and scalable WordPress websites and plugins. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about clean code, user experience, and delivering top-tier digital solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

1+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch

Build full websites using Elementor and other page builder plugins

Convert Figma designs into responsive HTML / CSS layouts

Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

Handle website performance, optimization, and migrations

Use Git and project tracking tools for collaboration

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to clients

Technical Requirements

Strong expertise in WordPress , PHP , HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , and jQuery

Proficiency in Elementor and similar page builders

Experience with Custom Post Types , taxonomies, and theme structure

Understanding of web security , accessibility , and coding standards

Ability to write optimized , well-structured, and maintainable code

Familiarity with Git version control
