Senior Backend Ruby Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Ruby Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality Ruby code that meets business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Ruby (language fundamentals, idioms, metaprogramming) and deep understanding of OOP, mixins, blocks, procs, and lambdas. Familiarity with memory management, GC tuning, and performance profiling is also required.
