We’re seeking a driven and results-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and own the entire hiring function at Suraasa , supported by a team of two recruiters.
While the current focus is on scaling our Sales function (Closers, Setters, Team Leads), you will also lead hiring across departments like Marketing, Design, Human Resources, Partnerships, Customer Success, etc, depending on business needs.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments,
understands stakeholder needs intuitively, and is excited about building future-ready teams.
Location : Hybrid Role. (2-3 times per week expected in-office in Noida)
