Job Title : Refunds Associate (International Airlines)

Location : Vikhroli West

Job Type : Full-time

Shifts : Rotational Shifts with 1 rotational week off

Pick-up drop facilities provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process refund requests in Amadeus and other GDS platforms.
  • Verify passenger eligibility and fare rules before initiating refunds.
  • Handle customer queries related to refund status, cancellations, and policies.
  • Maintain accuracy in processing and update records in accordance with company policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to airline standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • IATA Certification or Diploma in aviation. (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Amadeus GDS (additional GDS knowledge is a plus).
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior internship / experience in reservations / refunds will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
