This position is part of the Food & Beverage-Engineering dept and will be located in Pune to support and report to Project Engineering Team manager, F&B Systems.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Take ownership for Engineering activities for the projects. Consult the Sales, Application and Execution organization on critical contract execution requirements. Mitigate Risk and resolve critical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• To do equipment and piping sizing, prepare P&ID, technical datasheets of Pumps, Vessel, Tanks, Valves, Instruments, Heat exchangers, 3D piping review.
• To manage Engineering changes that may come up during the course of the project including all related information and communication / agreements w / r to cost / time impacts.
• Detailed understanding of Hygienic international codes and standards like EHEDG, ASME BPE, AWS D18.1, D18.2, D18.3, filtration separation and purification technologies used in the processing (Direct flow filtration, cross flow filtration, stabilization) food and beverage process equipment.
• To do Technical Bid Evaluation of equipment supplier documentation.
• As a technical expert / coach, the Mechanical Project Engineer shall act as a point of contact within the team to develop the organization by coaching both internal and external partners on their daily work and critical technical issues that require specific knowledge and experience in the field.
