Job descriptionResponsibility for all inwards and outwards goods movements Effective stock management and maintenance Liaise with the Inventory Manager to rectify stock discrepancies, assisting with the coordination of cyclical and annual stock take Motivating and managing a team Lead ongoing improvement in efficiency Lead OH&S requirements Customer focused to optimize quality of service and business growth Capable of working in a high volume, busy environment At least 3 years proven experience in warehouse management A proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to get involved in all aspects of the warehouse Ability to motivate and organise people effectively, time management skills and have a strong work ethic Computer Skills Driver’s and Forklift license Permanent Position Excellent Reward Package with bonuses Great team environment
