Job description3–6 years of frontend development (React) experience. Strong expertise in React, Java Script / Type Script, Node.js. Hands-on experience with Shopify Hydrogen and Storefront API. Experience with Graph QL, server components, caching strategies. Familiarity with Vite, Tailwind, and component-driven development. Strong understanding of performance optimization in headless commerce. Experience with Oxygen deployments. Knowledge of Next.js or similar frameworks. Experience integrating 3rd-party systems (OMS, PIM, CRM, Payments).
We are seeking a Hydrogen Developer to build a performant, headless Shopify storefront using Shopify Hydrogen and Storefront API. The role requires strong frontend engineering capabilities and modern React-based development experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain a custom headless storefront using Shopify Hydrogen.
- Develop React components, server components, routing, caching, and SSR / ISR logic.
- Integrate Shopify Storefront API, Customer APIs, Cart APIs, and custom services.
- Ensure high performance, Lighthouse scores, and optimized page rendering.
- Implement Graph QL queries / mutations for real-time product, cart, and checkout flows.
- Collaborate with backend, UX, and design teams for seamless integration.
- Manage environment setup, deployment, and CI / CD workflows.
- Debug, optimize, and scale the Hydrogen application for traffic and reliability.
