- Salesforce QA
- Ability to generate test cases by referring to the functional requirements and / or user stories
- Strict adherence to traceability
- Ability to iterate over test cases to refine them as execution progresses
- Performing / assisting in RCA to the extent possible
- Owner test execution & reporting for in-sprint testing as well SIT & UAT
- Leading triage meetings for SIT & UAT
- Good understanding of Admin activities
- Role, Profile & Permission Sets
- Security
- Good understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Lead Nurturing
- Case Management
- Slack integration with ability to perform lead nurturing & case management
- SMS & WhatsApp integration
- Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is highly desirable
- Understanding of data model to support individual, household, HUF types of accounts
- Understanding of different types of transactions
- Customer 360 view
- Familiarity with backend core systems for wealth management in India is highly desirable
- KYC, Address & CAS verification
- AML & Credit Rating check
- E-Signature using Leegality or equivalent system
- Wealth Spectrum, Trackwizz, BSE StAR, 1SilverBullet etc.
