Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost & Management Trainee located in Noida. The Cost Trainee will be responsible for performing cost analysis, preparing cost estimates, and supporting cost reduction initiatives. The role includes monitoring costs against budgets, preparing detailed reports, assisting in setting standard costs, and collaborating with various departments to gather financial data.

Qualifications

• CMA-Inter
• Understanding of cost accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior internship or experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
