Channel Sales / Front-Line Sales
- Visit retailers, dealers, and paint shops to ensure company products are well stocked and properly displayed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, contractors, and painters to promote sales of paints and coatings.
Achieve Sales Targets
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the supervisor.Work towards increasing market share in the assigned territory.Market Feedback & Reporting
Collect market intelligence including competitor pricing, product preferences, and customer feedback.Prepare and submit sales and stock status reports regularly (weekly / monthly).Customer Service
Address customer complaints and queries related to product performance.Ensure high product quality and provide after-sales support where applicable.Training & Development
Participate in training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies for approximately one year.Gain expertise on decorative paints, application methods, and new coating technologies.Skills Required
