Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill product gaps.
  • Generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision with both internal and external stakeholders.

Roadmap & Requirements :

  • Translate product strategy into a detailed product roadmap and comprehensive requirements.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

    • Execution & Delivery :

  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with a quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Drive product launches, collaborating with marketing, public relations, and executive teams.

    • Product Evangelism :

  • Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the product.
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.

    • Technical Collaboration :

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce comprehensive documents for development and QA teams.
  • Use your technical background to ensure effective communication and execution with engineering.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Product Leadership : Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Must have built or managed at least one B2B SaaS product.
  • Technical Acumen : Solid technical background with an understanding and / or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Methodologies : A holistic understanding of development practices and the product lifecycle, with a familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Data & Analytics : Experience in using data to drive product decisions, with proficiency in tools for data analysis, A / B testing, and user analytics.
  • API Knowledge : Familiarity with API design principles and experience with building and integrating with RESTful / GraphQL APIs.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be hands-on to get the job done.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
