About the Role :

We are looking for an accomplished leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS and strong academic credentials from a top-tier institution. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of our operations, ensuring excellence across all customer touchpoints and internal processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance vision with execution and has the maturity and experience to manage diverse operational areas at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee company-wide operations with accountability for efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s growth and revenue goals.
  • Drive financial discipline, operational planning, and organizational alignment across all functions.
  • Establish frameworks, KPIs, and governance models to ensure consistent delivery and performance.
  • Ensure seamless execution across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to long-term retention.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to senior managers, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives, bringing operational insights to high-level decisions.
  • Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and design systems to sustain growth while maintaining agility.

Qualifications :

  • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience, with significant expertise in B2B SaaS.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree from a top-tier institution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations and scale processes in fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with SaaS business metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic direction with day-to-day operational excellence.
  • Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Ideal Profile :

  • 40+ years of age with deep operational and leadership experience.
