Job descriptionMust be an Engineering Graduate or Diploma in EEE, ECE and E&I You have at least 4-6 years of Proposal experience in the automation industry Must have good oral and written communication skills in English Should have skills in reading and understanding the plant layout / P&ID and Technical Document. Should have strong convincing skills & Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.. Ability to understand customer processes and clearly explain solution benefits. Should have desire and aspiration in learning new / updating process application Hands on experience in using Desk Top tools, such as MS PPT, MS Excel, MS Word
Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals for automation projects.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams for solution finalization.
- Analyze RFQs and technical specifications to define scope and cost.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
- Develop control system architecture and BOM for proposals.
- Present solutions and clarify technical queries to customers.
- Maintain enquiry registers, proposal documents, and CRM updates.
- Support sales with technical presentations and pre-sales discussions.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up on opportunities.
- Provide project handover documents and support during kick-off.
