As Principal Architect, you will be predominantly involved in developing and automating business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. You will be a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the architecture of enterprise-grade software systems using Java and related technologies.
• Lead system design efforts for complex, distributed applications ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Spearhead architectural strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and operations to ensure cohesive system design.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and product innovation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, DevOps, agile methodologies, and system architecture.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
• Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and technical risks effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Lead innovation initiatives and contribute to strategic technology planning and enterprise transformation.
