Developer II, Product (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant / Developer with to years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support of various Dynamics modules, including Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, Customer Service, Field Service, Omnichannel, and Portals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cross-functional environment, delivering scalable solutions that empower business users.

What You Will Do :

• Work on full lifecycle projects across multiple Dynamics CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, Customer Service, Field Service, Omnichannel, and Portals.
• Customize and configure entities, forms, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Develop and deploy solutions using Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, C, Power Platform, and Azure Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs and business insights.
• Implement secure, scalable integrations using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Configure and enhance portal and omnichannel experiences for customer engagement.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes.
• Participate in DevOps processes including CI / CD pipelines and solution deployments.
• Document technical designs, maintain version control, and ensure knowledge transfer.
