About Luxora :

Luxora is a global medical concierge platform helping patients across the world access trusted hospitals, verified doctors, and seamless treatment journeys across countries like Turkey, India, UAE, and Thailand.

Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced BPO executives with a clear American accent to join our patient experience calling team. Your role will involve first-touch calls, ongoing follow-ups, and empathetic support for patients from the US and Canada looking to travel for medical care.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound and attend inbound calls from international patients
Understand patient needs and share information about doctors, hospitals, procedures, and next steps
Manage follow-ups, update CRM systems, and coordinate with case managers
Ensure a warm, trustworthy, and helpful interaction every single time
Work closely with internal teams to align on timelines, documents, and treatment journeys

Requirements :

1 to 3 years of BPO or customer service experience with international calling

Strong fluency in English with a natural American accent

Empathetic communication and ability to handle sensitive medical conversations

Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM or calling tools

Comfortable with flexible shifts and target-based calling
