Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship & Account Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and ensure timely renewal of contracts to secure repeat business
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to expand the client portfolio
- Analyze reasons for client attrition and implement strategies to revive lost clients
- Coordinate internally across departments (Operations & Service, Finance, etc.) to deliver seamless service to clients
Field Visits & Expansion :
Conduct regular in-person visits to client locations for business reviews, feedback collection, issue resolution, and relationship strengtheningWhile on client visits, identify and pursue new business opportunities in and around the same geographic areas , including prospecting for potential clients, networking, and market researchSupport lead generation activities during travel and contribute to business development in under penetrated territoriesReporting & Strategy :
Maintain reports on key metricsShare client insights and market intelligence with the internal team to support strategy and product developmentRequirements :
