Job description
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a hypothesis-driven mindset, open to feedback in a dynamic business environment
  • Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex technical concepts into business terms and KPIs
  • Capable of working independently on analytics projects, deriving actionable insights, and coordinating with stakeholders as needed
  • Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.); MBA preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Strategy, or Sales Analytics
  • Proficient in SQL and Python with strong spreadsheet skills to analyze large datasets efficiently
  • Experience with at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Responsibilities

    • Analyze large datasets and conduct ad-hoc audits to support business programs
    • Design, develop, and maintain processes to generate insights into sales KPIs and incentive compensation plans
    • Analyze sales performance data, and partner with Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Commissions team to ensure incentives are paid accurately
    • Perform periodic audits on sales and develop processes to drive automation efforts
    • Develop visibility tools to enhance sales incentives and improve dashboard visualizations
    • Maintain collaborations with key business partners within Sales, Finance and HR businesses
    • Serve as a sales performance expert, supporting enablement efforts and handling exception cases
