- Analyze large datasets and conduct ad-hoc audits to support business programs
- Design, develop, and maintain processes to generate insights into sales KPIs and incentive compensation plans
- Analyze sales performance data, and partner with Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Commissions team to ensure incentives are paid accurately
- Perform periodic audits on sales and develop processes to drive automation efforts
- Develop visibility tools to enhance sales incentives and improve dashboard visualizations
- Maintain collaborations with key business partners within Sales, Finance and HR businesses
- Serve as a sales performance expert, supporting enablement efforts and handling exception cases
