We are seeking a creative, video-first storyteller and brand builder to lead content and communication for our growing brand. The role will involve designing and executing a multi-platform content strategy to build the company’s brand voice across digital, social, and PR channels. You will lead storytelling on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs, with a strong focus on video content, PR strategy, and thought leadership. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and audience resonance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
Build and manage multi-platform content calendars (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, blogs).Develop content pillars aligned with Marzi’s brand ethos and emotional drivers : boredom, relevance, and purpose.Video-First Storytelling
Lead ideation, scripting, and production of short-form and long-form video content.Collaborate with creators, editors, and agencies to deliver high-quality, engaging visuals.Social Media Management :
Own content creation and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Design Oversight :
Collaborate with designers to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand guidelines.PR & Thought Leadership :
Build and execute PR strategies, including media outreach, press releases, and founder positioning.Blog & SEO Content :
Create and manage blog content that drives organic traffic and educates the audience.Analytics & Optimization :
Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and reach.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to align messaging.Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in brand content, digital storytelling, or social media.Strong portfolio of video-first campaigns and multi-platform content.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Experience with PR strategy and media engagement.Familiarity with tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing platforms).Passion for building purpose-driven brands in fast-paced environments.Core Values Alignment
