We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.
This role will focus on managing supply chain projects and working collaboratively across teams to design, implement, and optimize supply chain processes by leveraging your expertise in Oracle SCM and Kinaxis Maestro technologies

In this role you will :
Spearhead supply chain initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategiesLead and coordinate supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage timelinesServe as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into system configurations or actionable tasksConfigure and support supply chain systems, leveraging Oracle SCM and Kinaxis Maestro applicationSupport month-end closure activities and ensure compliance with SOX regulationsKey Qualifications :
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team :Resource should have 8+ years' experience in delivering projects in Supply Chain Management and 4+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response ImplementationsStrong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications : Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, Demand Planning and Order fulfillmentExperience in Oracle eBS Supply chain modules Order Management, Shipping, Pricing, Inventory, Purchasing, iStore, and iSupplierImplementation experience in configuring Supply planning Demand planning, Order fulfilment modulesHand on experience in performance tuning, bug fixing & application upgrade in Kinaxis applicationStrong working experience with integrating different supply chain trading partnersMust have knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with Oracle ERP systemsShould have experience in Agile project management practice.Experience in Authoring Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation for enhancements requestedPreferable to have Contributor and Authoring Level2 CertificationExperience in Oracle manufacturing will be a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAny relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS will be a plusIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include :
Understanding of Finance modules is an added advantage.Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.Able to set priorities on a continuous basisAbility to take ownership and drive tickets to closure to meet SLA'sAbility to develop strong working relationships with all relevant partiesEducation :
