Shantilalji Muttha, is a Non-governmental Organization that has been exemplary in its work for over four decades. Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can deliver high-quality visual communication across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be skilled in design tools, understand branding, and be able to produce creative and impactful content that aligns with BJS’s mission and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing posters, presentations, brochures, reports, and other communication artifacts.
- Creating digital content for social media and print media, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Working on branding-related requirements, including visual identity, campaign assets, and brand guidelines.
Education & Expertise
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Understanding design principles, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.Photography and photo-editing experience are an advantage .Must-Haves
Tools : High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.Portfolio Quality : Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, problem-solving, and versatility across digital and print projects.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Ability to think independently, make design decisions, and resolve challenges with minimal supervision.Communication Skills : Ability to understand briefs, articulate ideas, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Extended Working & Stretch Delivery : Willingness to work beyond regular hours during peak project timelines, events, or urgent assignments.Non-Negotiables
