Key Responsibilities
- Provides direction to employees at all levels of the company regarding Company policies and procedures.
- Assist in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
- Works with Business Partner and to revise and update Company policies, procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbooks.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
- Assists with the coordination of Company functions as needed
- Responsible for communicating company information
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Contribute towards space planning, Employee orientation, training & development
Technical Requirements
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.Must be organised & methodological to problem solving approachKnowledge of Performance ManagementProfessional Attributes
