Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Patent Specialist will handle tasks such as preparing and filing patent applications, managing patent prosecution processes, and conducting patentability assessments. The role includes collaborating with legal teams and inventors to ensure accuracy and compliance with patent laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in drafting Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, and Patent Prosecution
• Strong understanding of Patent Law and related regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of conducting Patentability assessments
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant technical or scientific field is a plus
• Experience with intellectual property management software is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus
