Supply Chain Planner

Purpose / Function of the role :

Optimize inventory levels, ensuring timely FG supply, and maximize operational efficiency to meet customer demands by driving following deliverables :

1. Demand Planning

• Create Demand planning based on forecast received from all online and offline Sales Channels
• Drive forecast accuracy inside the organization coordinating with cross functional teams for resolving significant variances.

2. Supply Planning & New Product Development

3. Inventory and Service Management

Essential / preferred attributes :

Experience : 1-4 years of experience in demand & supply planning / capacity management

Must be familiar with WMS / ERP / SAP-MM systems

Analytical mind, self-motivated, detail oriented with good problem solving skills

Well versed in Data handling (SAP, MIS, Excel, Dashboards)

Excellent Cross functional team working skills

Education required :

Engineering graduate, Masters preferred

Experience of working in a Plant, Lean / Six sigma certification would be an added advantage.
