Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between consultants and clients.

Source and identify requirements through job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and networking channels.

Negotiate consultant rates, finalize deals, and ensure timely placements.

Maintain an active consultant pipeline and submit daily activity and performance reports.

Stay informed about recruitment trends , visa regulations , and client requirements .

Required Skills & Experience :

1 to 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Strong understanding of the US recruitment life cycle and visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills .

Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter .

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work onsite during US business hours (Night Shift).
