The Role

As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be part of Hasamex’s core delivery team that connects leading investors and consultants with industry experts across the globe. Your focus will be on project execution, expert management, and client relationship excellence.

You will :

  • Lead end-to-end project execution : understand client research needs, identify the right experts, and deliver high-quality consultations and insights.
  • Engage directly with clients : maintain clear, professional communication with investors and consultants to ensure exceptional service.
  • Manage expert relationships : source, screen, and onboard experts while ensuring compliance, clarity, and positive experience.
  • Own account workflows : support ongoing client projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery under pressure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally : work with operations, compliance, and tech to continuously improve the client-expert experience.

This role blends client-facing responsibilities with operational precision and is perfect for those who want to build a career in client management, consulting operations, or investment research.

    • Experience :

  • 0–3 years of experience in expert networks, consulting, research, or client-facing operations (internships included).
  • Strong written and spoken English is essential.
