We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) to support lending operations, system enhancements, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial lending, loan servicing, and core banking processes, with proven expertise in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective ACBS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for ACBS-related initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors for ACBS implementation, customization, or upgrade projects.
- Analyse existing lending workflows and recommend process improvements leveraging ACBS functionality.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories for ACBS modules (Loan Operations, Servicing, Syndications, Facilities, etc.).
- Support system configuration, data mapping, and integration with downstream systems (e.g., GL, reporting tools, regulatory systems).
- Participate in SIT / UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Provide ongoing production support, including issue triage and resolution.
- Assist in ACBS upgrade or migration projects (if applicable).
- Prepare training materials and support user onboarding and adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Commercial Lending / Corporate Banking domain.4+ years of hands-on experience with ACBSStrong understanding of Loan IQ, credit facilities, drawdowns, amortization, interest calculation, and fee processing.Experience in data analysis, SQL, and working with interfaces and integrations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.Please share your resume with rosysmita.jena@atyeti.com
