Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 3+ years in electrical utility maintenance (preferably in manufacturing / energy / industrial sectors). Qualification : Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Skills & Competencies : Strong knowledge of electrical utility systems (HT / LT panels, switchgear, DG, transformer maintenance). Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly. Good communication and documentation skills. Proactive, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Electrical Utility Maintenance Department and play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of our electrical utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical utilities, including transformers, switchgear, DG sets, LT / HT panels, and other equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure minimum downtime and optimal performance.
- Plan and schedule utility maintenance activities in compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records, breakdown reports, and utility performance data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for utility-related support in plant operations.
- Implement energy conservation initiatives and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
