Job Title : Senior AI Developer / EngineersExperience : 4-8 years Location : Bengaluru About the Role : We are looking for passionate and hands-on AI Developers / AI Engineers to design, build, and scale cutting-edge Generative AI and Machine Learning applications. You’ll work with a talented cross-functional team to develop LLM-powered solutions, agentic architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems that solve real-world problems at scale.Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and deploy AI and LLM-based applications using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and related frameworks.Develop and optimize ML and deep learning models, focusing on LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and guardrail design.Build and manage search and information retrieval systems, including vector databases and hybrid retrieval pipelines.Integrate models into production using APIs and backend frameworks such as Fast API or Flask.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable AI microservices and end-to-end workflows.Deploy and monitor applications on AWS or Azure, leveraging Bedrock, Sage Maker, S3, or Azure Open AI, AI Search, Blob Storage.Contribute to MLOps pipelines, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous delivery of AI systems.Experiment with AI agent frameworks (Auto Gen, Crew AI, MCP) and maintain observability via Lang Smith, Lang Fuse, or equivalent tools.Required Skills & Experience : 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering and Python programming.Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and deep learning concepts.Proficiency in Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and agent-based orchestration.Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector / hybrid retrieval.Experience developing with Fast API, Py Torch / Tensor Flow, and MLflow.Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (EKS / AKS), Git, and CI / CD pipelines.Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS / Azure) and AI service integrations.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in distributed, fast-paced environments.Please do share your latest profile to with the following details.Current CTC : -Expected CTC : -Minimum Notice period : -RegardsTeam TA
