Job descriptionArchitect and build scalable, secure, cloud-native Java applications. Develop microservices using Java, Jakarta EE, Spring / MicroProfile , or related frameworks. Modernize legacy monolithic applications into modular microservices. Implement APIs, messaging, and integration patterns. Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes . Work closely with DevOps to build CI / CD pipelines and automated deployments. Ensure system scalability, resilience, and high availability. 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise Java development. Strong hands-on experience with Java SE / EE , Jakarta EE , Microservices Architecture , and cloud-native application design. Expertise in containerization ( Docker ) and orchestration ( Kubernetes ). Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Strong understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and integration patterns. Experience in modernization of legacy applications (monolithic → microservices). Ability to guide teams, enforce standards, and provide technology governance. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Knowledge of MicroProfile, Quarkus, or Spring Boot. Strong understanding of performance optimization and enterprise security patterns. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer (Jakarta EE) with strong expertise in microservices, enterprise architecture, and modernization of legacy applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across development PODs and guide teams in building scalable, cloud-native systems.
Primary Responsibilities
🔹 Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across multiple development PODs.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and design patterns.
- Lead technical decision-making sessions for application development and modernization efforts.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Establish enterprise-grade coding standards, design principles, and governance frameworks.
