About The Role :

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to head a cross-functional team in implementing and configuring our product solutions for enterprise-level clients.

This role demands extensive technical leadership, people management, and project ownership skills, ensuring thorough quality checks and leading innovative approaches (e.g., GenAI, automation) to streamline delivery.

Youll collaborate closely with internal engineering, R&D, QA, and support teams, receiving high-level, outcome-based requirements from our Technical Program Leadership & Team Management :

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and project leads, ensuring a high standard of performance, engagement, and professional growth.
• Develop and optimize team structures, resource planning, and talent development strategies to scale delivery capabilities.
• Foster a culture that values ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous Project Delivery :
• Translate complex, outcome-driven requirements from Technical Program Managers into comprehensive project roadmaps and execution plans.
• Oversee multiple, concurrent implementation projectscoordinating internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality releases.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively with senior stakeholders and Assurance & Release Management :
• Establish and uphold rigorous quality controls, encompassing functionality, data integrity, performance, and user acceptance criteria.
• Work with QA resources (matrixed or dedicated) to align on testing strategies, automation frameworks, and release protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement in release readiness processes and performance Innovation & Problem-Solving :
• Provide deep-dive technical guidance, from code-level debugging to data-level analysis, empowering

the team to solve complex challenges.
