8 to 10 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 4+ years as an Architect .
Expertise in providing end-to-end architecture, solution design, and roadmap planning for ServiceNow implementations.
Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog) .
Strong experience in CSM (case management, portals, omni-channel integrations) .
Hands-on knowledge of GRC (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk) .
Proven experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data reconciliation .
Strong understanding of integration architecture using Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise connectors.
Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and performance optimization .
Familiarity with Now Assist (GenAI) , Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automation features.
Expertise in Architecting solutions using Integration Hub, REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) .
Expertise hands-on solutioning when needed (prototyping, technical POCs, troubleshooting).
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow security model (ACLs, encryption, RBAC) .
Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks
