Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Industry Cloud and Digital – LAMPS Consultant who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital solutions leveraging cloud platforms and LAMPS (Learning, Analytics, Mobility, Platform, Security) framework. The role requires expertise in driving cloud adoption, digital transformation, and end-to-end solution delivery for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement Industry Cloud Solutions aligned with business requirements.

Work on LAMPS framework to integrate Learning, Analytics, Mobility, Platform, and Security components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud adoption strategies and digital roadmaps.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and security in delivered solutions.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide guidance on cloud-native and digital-first approaches.

Manage client expectations, stakeholder communications, and deliver solutions within timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of Industry Cloud platforms (SAP Industry Cloud, Salesforce Industry Cloud, Oracle, Microsoft, or AWS industry offerings).

Expertise in LAMPS framework :

Learning : Digital adoption platforms, LMS, content delivery.

Analytics : Data engineering, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), predictive analytics, AI / ML.

Mobility : Mobile app development (iOS, Android, cross-platform), responsive design, mobile security.

Platform : Cloud-native architectures, APIs, Microservices, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker.

Security : Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust, Cloud Security (Azure Security, AWS Security Hub, GCP Security).

Experience with Digital Transformation projects in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.

Knowledge of Entra ID, Saviynt, SailPoint, ForgeRock (preferred for IAM / security integration).

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
