Job descriptionScrum Master Duties : Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles. Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Quality Assurance (QA) : Execute test cases and help in regression testing. Identify, document, and track bugs. Business Analysis (BA) : Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs. DevOps and Release Management : Assist in release planning and execution. Ensure smooth deployment and integration of new releases. Team Collaboration : Encourage team members to share knowledge and support each other. Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams. Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders. Support team members in their professional growth and development. Experience : Quality Assurance (QA) : Ability to identify, document, and track bugs effectively. Business Analysis (BA) : Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Scrum Master : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Technical Skills : Experience with Python / Java scripting / Java and Cucumber framework / Selenium. DevOps : General : Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to quickly understand and build end-to-end system knowledge. Good communication and interpersonal skills. As a QA with Scrum Master and DevOps expertise, you will facilitate Agile practices, ensure high-quality deliverables through effective QA processes, gather and translate business requirements, and contribute to DevOps and release management. Your role will be pivotal in fostering team collaboration and driving successful project outcomes.

Your key responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Understand and analyse requirements to create detailed test scenarios.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Contribute to environment stability and manage change requests.
Promote open communication and transparency within the team.
Your skills and experience
4-8 years of relevant experience in QA, BA, and DevOps roles.
Strong experience in QA, including creating test scenarios and executing test cases.
Proven ability to perform BA tasks, including requirement gathering and documentation.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
Proficiency in SQL queries to query data.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Excellent logical and analytical skills.
