Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role where you will be paid for hours as a Soft Skills & Resume Development Trainer located in Tilak Nagar at the Boston Institute of Analytics. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on presentation skills, training & development, life skills, communication, and soft skills to help individuals enhance their professional abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities
• Training & Development expertise
• Must know about Resume ATS scores and how to improve the same
• Proficiency in teaching Life Skills and Soft Skills
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Ability to tailor training sessions to individual needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
• Relevant certifications in training or coaching are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
