Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) professional located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will perform day-to-day patient consultations, assist in advanced hair restoration procedures, and maintain high-quality standards in patient care. Responsibilities also include educating clients about various treatments, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and supporting patient follow-up plans.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing patient requirements and tailoring treatment plans
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build trust
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and improve patient outreach
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail in a clinical setting
• Relevant dental or medical experience; prior exposure to aesthetic or cosmetic procedures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) with valid certification and registration
