Engineering Lead - Node.js / TypeScript

We're seeking an Engineering Lead / Architect to design, build, and guide the development of our next-generation voice AI platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership, shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and ensuring we deliver high-quality, scalable :

• Own the overall technical architecture and system design of our platform (including APIs, services, data layers, and integrations).
• Choose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to align with business and product goals.
• Define and review API contracts, data models, and infrastructure components.
• Break down product features into detailed engineering tasks and estimate effort.
• Set and enforce coding standards, security practices, and performance guidelines.
• Mentor, coach, and review code from engineering team members.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure alignment and quality.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute hands-on to critical components, especially during initial builds or high-impact phases.
