You’re joining us at an exciting time, working directly with Polaris School of Technology (PST) , a pioneering initiative by Classplus. PST is a cutting-edge tech school dedicated to shaping the next generation of tech talent in India. As part of this initiative, PST offers a unique 4-year Integrated B.Tech program in Computer Science, featuring a hands-on curriculum that immerses students in coding from day one. Our program operates from a corporate campus in Bengaluru, Whitefield, positioning students right in the heart of India’s tech scene.

You’ll work as a Senior Engineer, combining engineering ownership with real world mentorship to guide young developers and future engineers.

What will you do?

• Own and develop scalable backend services and integrations using Node.Js, Express.Js, and microservices architecture
• Work closely with frontend teams to build seamless, high-performance interfaces in React.Js and Next.Js
• Design CI / CD pipelines and automate deployments using Docker, GCP, and Cloud Build / Jenkins
• Optimize APIs, improve system performance, and enhance database efficiency
• Guide junior developers and student developers through pair programming, code reviews, and project mentorship
• Support and drive student-led capstone projects, ensuring solid engineering fundamentals and high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to deliver robust platform features
• Establish high engineering standards and best practices to improve developer velocity and code quality

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields

Experience

3–5 years of professional experience in fullstack
