Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dermatology Clinic Manager, based in Mumbai. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, sales, customer interaction, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling budgeting and financial planning, and maintaining compliance with medical standards. Additional tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating with suppliers, implementing clinic policies, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Medical knowledge relevant to dermatology and aesthetic treatments
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Experience in Staff Training and Development
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced clinical setting
