Tender Engineering Manager

Job descriptionEnsure full compliance with ICE, EN, and UIC standards related to brake systems for metro and EMU applications. Prepare technical documentation with valid justifications for customer sign-off, including validation plans and system level technical documents. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Europe, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and alignment. Oversee the handover of the technical package and budget to the project team.
Key Deliverables :
- Lead the technical solution preparation for complete brake systems, covering pneumatic, electrical architecture, and bogie brakes.
- Conduct technical reviews with car builders and operators, ensuring all customer technical requirements are met.
- Deliver a comprehensive technical package including documents like pneumatic schemes, part lists, and system technical descriptions.
- Manage project budget estimations with quantified risks in alignment with all functions, ensuring proper sign-offs and project execution.
