Quality Manager

Location : Malkapur

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role :

We’re hiring a Quality Manager with expertise in ISI standards and government subsidy documentation. You’ll manage quality systems and ensure compliance for micro-irrigation products.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain ISI certification and subsidy compliance

Oversee inspection, testing, and quality reporting

Collaborate with production and R&D teams

Handle audits and coordinate with government agencies

Train staff on quality protocols

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Agricultural Engineering

5–10 years of experience in quality management

Strong knowledge of ISI, NABARD, PMKSY, and subsidy processes

Excellent communication and analytical skills
